Online payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. The payment options shown at checkout depend on availability through Razorpay and may include cards, UPI, and net banking.
Your order is confirmed after payment has been successfully verified. If payment is pending or unsuccessful, the order may not be confirmed.
Prices and charges
Product prices and order charges are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The final order amount, including applicable shipping charges and any available discount, is shown before you proceed to payment.
Payment security and support
Payment details are handled by the payment provider as part of its checkout process. Ecoluxe.life verifies the payment result before marking an order as paid.
If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, contact info@ecoluxe.life with your order details and payment reference, if available.
